Gerringong Rotary is a friendly, inclusive and diverse group of liked minded women and men that want to make a difference in our communities around the corner and around the world.
Amongst a raft of local activities we run the monthly Gerringong Rotary Markets and regular dance sessions for people who suffer from dementia. For those with a green thumb we look after the Bilya Reserve and for those a little more mechanically minded we work with Kiama Rotary organising the annual Kiama Auto Expo.
We provide educational & leadership opportunities for our local students and provide financial support to local charities and individuals in need. Wider a field we provide material and medical support to projects in poor communities and those affected by disaster. We are eradicating Polio and reducing the impact of Malaria.
Last year our fund raising and charitable works donated over $65,000 to assist those who needed it most.
No markets are being held at present due to the Corvid19 restrictions.
We are planning to run the market in the Old School Park on Saturday
